Green Smoothie Freezer Packs
I love my Green Smoothie, but I do not like cutting and scrambling to make them in the morning. So I decided to create smoothie packs to put in my freezer. Now I can dump a pack in, add water and keep it moving. I cut up strawberries, mangos, bananas, clementines and mixed in spinach and arugula. I also put greek yogurt in an ice tray and froze it ahead of time and added a cube to each bag. I added different mixtures to each bag, alternating the greens. I made enough for two weeks, loving how I don’t have to bother thinking about which ingredients to use when.
Today’s Green Smoothie was Greek yogurt, Arugula, banana, strawberry and mango. It was pretty good & I love how having the packs meant all I had to do was pour into mixer w/ a little water and pulse!
