Crispy chicken thighs recipe.

In my quest for a great roasted chicken recipe, I’ve FINALLY found one that lets you walk away & return 40 min later to perfectly crispy roasted chicken.  My new favorite weeknight chicken recipe, try it, you’ll love it.

Ingredients

Chicken thighs

Parchment paper

Olive oil

Seasonings: my favs are pepper, Cajun, onion & garlic powder

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Do not let paper hang over the side or it will burn. Drizzle pan w/ olive oil.

2. Pat thighs dry w/ a paper towel. Then coat w/ olive oil

3. Season to taste

4. Bake for approx 40 minutes depending on size. If you’re not sure if they are done, stab the thickest piece w/ a knife & if the juices run clear its time to eat! Perfect every time: crisp & juicy.

I also use this recipe for leg quarters too, just cook for an hour. Enjoy!
