Most important thing you need is a roasting rack that sits over a cookie sheet. Similar to this:
Instructions
(very loose instructions, if you need clearer increments, let me know!)
- Preheat the oven to 425 and spray the pan with olive oil spray
- Wash and pat dry pork chops before seasoning with pepper, paprika, onion & garlic powder.
- Beat the egg, a couple dashes of hot sauce (to taste) and about a tablespoon of water in a flat dish.
- Mix flour, italian seasoning and panko crumbs well and pour into a flat dish.
- Dredge the chops in the egg mixture and then the panko mixture. Lay carefully on rack.
- Cook for approximately 25 minutes, for thin pork chops, flipping half way through.
- Broil on each side for 2 minutes on each side for a nice golden crisp. Then enjoy!
