Simple Breakfast Pizza Recipe

Breakfast pizza recipe.

If you want a quick fun easy breakfast, look no further!


2 cans of crescent rolls

6 or 7 slices of bacon, cooked, drained & crumbled

8 eggs

1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar

salt & pepper


Preheat the oven to 375.  Spray pan.

Roll out the crescents on a cookie sheet or pizza pan and press the seams together.  Optional, create a circle by tearing pieces and manipulating the dough.  This isn’t necessary, only if you want the traditional pizza shape.  I also rolled up the edges to create the crust.

Cook the dough for 5 minutes (this keeps the crust from being soggy, ew).  Then removed from oven.

Next scramble the eggs. Season with salt and pepper and cook on low until just before they set up.

Spread the cooked eggs evenly across the crust.  Sprinkle cooked bacon evenly over eggs, then top with cheese.  Use more or less of each to your liking.

Cook for 13 more minutes or until crust is golden brown.  Take out, slice and enjoy!
