Sausage egg & cheese pockets recipe.
I wanted to switch things up Sunday morning. Whenever I make refrigerated biscuits we only eat half and the rest waste away in the fridge. I figure, if I wrapped the ingredients in the buscuits, we’d be more likely to eat the leftovers.
So I made scrambled eggs, then stretched the biscuit and topped with the eggs, half a slice of cheese & a piece of sausage. Folded it over and sealed the edges with a fork. Baked per the time on the package and bam! These little things were amazing w/ just a dab of blackberry jam!
