Perfect Roasted Brussels Sprouts


I love roasted vegetables.  This is a quick and easy recipe and a wonderful side dish!

Perfect Roasted Brussels Sprouts


  • 4 pieces bacon
  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, stemmed and halved
  • olive oil
  • seasoning salt
  • pepper
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • Parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cook bacon and drain on paper towel-lined plate. Crumble into pieces.
  3. Line cookie sheet with foil (optional for easy clean up).
  4. Spread Brussels sprouts on sheet in one layer, pour olive oil over them. Season liberally and sprinkle bacon. Stir to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan
  5. Roast for 10 minutes and then stir. Roast for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the sprouts are golden brown.
