I love roasted vegetables. This is a quick and easy recipe and a wonderful side dish!
Perfect Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 4 pieces bacon
- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, stemmed and halved
- olive oil
- seasoning salt
- pepper
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cook bacon and drain on paper towel-lined plate. Crumble into pieces.
- Line cookie sheet with foil (optional for easy clean up).
- Spread Brussels sprouts on sheet in one layer, pour olive oil over them. Season liberally and sprinkle bacon. Stir to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan
- Roast for 10 minutes and then stir. Roast for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the sprouts are golden brown.
