I tried out the new Zyliss Control Chef’s Knife and I’m in LOVE! It was rated #3 in “Best Kitchen Knives” by Good Housekeeping.
I was trying out two recipes from Plated, and this knife really came in handy. I used it to slice & dice all of the vegetables and also to slice the steak! It handled beautifully.
