5 ingredient White Chicken chili recipe.
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 lb of chicken breasts
- 30 oz Great Northern beans
- 2 cups salsa verde
- 2 tsp. ground cumin (I seasoned the chicken with salt & pepper)
sour cream & mozzarella as a topping
Add chicken broth, chicken breasts, beans, salsa and cumin to a slow cooker, and stir to combine. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and shreds easily with a fork. Shred the chicken. Top with cheese & sour cream and enjoy the creamy goodness!

I started with dry beans & used the quick soaking method: bring beans to boil in a large pot of water for 2 minutes. Turn off heat and leave covered for 1 hour. Drain & cook as desired. Easy peasy!
