Created a new deliciousness….
1 lb Roasted Chicken
I roasted in the oven for 45 min & used the broth in the sauce or you can use rotisserie chicken
4 oz of cream cheese
3 cups mozzarella
Onion & garlic powder
Steamed Broccoli (optional)
8-10 oz pasta, I used Bowtie
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Heat the heavy cream on medium in a large skillet w/ seasonings. Stir in cream cheese until it’s melted. Do not let boil. Turn to low & stir in
A handful of mozzarella. Stir constantly until the sauce thickens.
3. Cut up chicken & add to sauce along with broth & broccoli.
4. Boil pasta per package & drain. Pour back into pot & stir sauce mix in.
5. Pour half of pasta mix into a greased 9×13 pan, cover w/ a handful of mozzarella. Pour rest of pasta mix on top & cover with rest of mozzarella. Top w/ tinfoil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
