Very Berry Smoothie Recipe!

One of the best breakfasts I can ever give myself is a smoothie.  I enjoy trying new flavors and they always make me feel like I can conquer the world in the morning.

Ingredients

1 heaping Tablespoon of greek yogurt

1 apple (cored and cut into about 5 pieces)

1 handful of spinach

1 handful of blackberries

1 handful of raspberries

approx 1/2 cup of water

Directions

I started with the yogurt, the apple, spinach & water in the mixer to start.  I like to put the spinach in last so it gets blasted the most.  Then I added as many berries as the container would hold.  Blast until smooth, pop a straw in and enjoy!

Note: I typically freeze my berries to make the smoothie colder, and so they will keep longer.

I drunk it right out of the ninja mixing cup, lol!  Less cups to clean up.
