Egg in a hole Recipe

I lightly toasted the bread in butter on the griddle, then used a glass to cut out the hole. I added a little more butter to the griddle, placed the toast back on and cracked an egg inside.  I’m not a huge fan of runny egg yolk, so I cooked the egg until the white was no longer clear, then flipped it. I paired this with strawberry jam, bacon and fresh fruit.  It is delicious.  The butter toasts the bread to perfection & the eggs fried hard with just a touch of yoke for dipping (which I used the middle of the bread for).   A quick and easy breakfast!
