Stopped in for a quick bite to kill time the other day. I had just eaten up the street, but I wanted to check this place out. I was ecstatic to see they had cake donuts!!! They are my absolute favorite and very few places have them regularly. They are so good with coffee!!!
I’d just had my coffee, so I didn’t get any more, but I grabbed a carrot cake cupcake to go as well, because I always feel weird buying one thing from a bakery. I barely made it to the car before I tried the donut. It was amazing! Still my favorite! I’m glad to have found a place to get them close to my home. The cupcake wasn’t my favorite. I expected cream cheese icing, This was more like a buttercream. It wasn’t bad, just not what I expected. Overall, glad to have found my fav donut is just a short ride away!
This bakery is amazing! My wife always stops here and gets me a little mini cherry tartlet, a double danish with blueberry filling on one side and cheese filling on the other side and always a few cannolis. Also one of our favorite stops after going to Dr. Kinlaw our family dentist (so wrong but its located practically next door and its too hard to resist)
Lol, I didn’t realize there was a dentist next door! I didn’t see the tartlet, I’m going to try that and the cannolis next time. I was so focused on them having cake donuts that missed those.
