Stopped into Quaintelle the other day, just to check it out. I noticed it while getting pizza across the street and I was intrigued by a place that only sells S mores. Turns out, she makes everything herself, so its 10 times better then anything you would get at the store. Homemade marshmallows are softer, creamier and taste almost like ice cream! I opted for the lemon bar: a vanilla mallow, graham cracker, white chocolate and lemon curd. It had never occurred to me to make anything like this, but it was AMAZING! She fires the marshmallow right there which is awesome and fun, making it hot and melty and delicious. Then all the ingredients melded together so well. Give this place a try, its an exquisite desert and the owner is so sweet, just like her confections!
