Slow cooker Pork chops over rice w/ steamed vegetable medley. This turned out so delicious! Truthfully, the crock pot can do no wrong: slow cooked meat has such a different texture, just melts in your mouth, lol!
I used small cuts of meat, so I only cooked them for 3 hours on low instead of 4. Once the meat was done, I made (instant) rice and steamed vegetable medley. I didn’t measure the olive oil as it said (see previous post for recipe), so I think I may have used too much. I thought I was going to be able to just put the drippings from the pot over the rice, but it was too greasy. So I used the drippings to make gravy and that worked out great. Pretty tasty dinner, I’ll definitely be making this one again!
