- 1 spaghetti squash
- olive oil
- sauce of your choice, I topped with spaghetti sauce & meatballs.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Slice squash in half and scoop out seeds.
- drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
- place the squash face down and poke with fork.
- Roast for 35-40 minutes until fork tender.
- Flip squash and use fork to scrape strands (or spaghetti) out of squash. Serve with your favorite sauce.
