Tortilla Pizza Recipe

Found this recipe on Pinterest and love how quick and easy it comes together.  I typically have everything in my fridge, so this has become my go to recipe for nights where I’m over my meal prep or I don’t want to get take out.  It’s quick and easy comfort food without the guilt.


Ingredients

  • 10 inch Flour Tortilla
  • Olive Oil
    Pizza Sauce
    Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Toppings of your choice.  I used pepperoni and roasted broccoli.

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.  Place tortilla on a baking pan and brush with oil.
  2. Bake tortilla for 4 minutes.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over tortilla and add desired toppings.  Sprinkle with cheese.  If there are toppings you want to stay crispy, add them after the cheese.
  4. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.

A healthy alternative to ordering pizza 😋
