Tortilla Pizza Recipe
Found this recipe on Pinterest and love how quick and easy it comes together. I typically have everything in my fridge, so this has become my go to recipe for nights where I’m over my meal prep or I don’t want to get take out. It’s quick and easy comfort food without the guilt.
Ingredients
- 10 inch Flour Tortilla
- Olive Oil
Pizza Sauce
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - Toppings of your choice. I used pepperoni and roasted broccoli.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place tortilla on a baking pan and brush with oil.
- Bake tortilla for 4 minutes.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over tortilla and add desired toppings. Sprinkle with cheese. If there are toppings you want to stay crispy, add them after the cheese.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
